Completed in July 2024, One Cannes is an 18-storey riverfront development comprising 82 two and three bedroom apartments.
Our scope included the supply and installation of high-performance aluminium windows and doors throughout the project. Designed to maximise natural light and water views, the glazing systems provide durability, energy efficiency, and acoustic performance while meeting structural and compliance requirements.
From expansive apartment openings and balcony sliders to glazing across shared amenities including the gym, pool area, business lounge, and private offices, our aluminium systems contribute to the building’s contemporary façade and overall liveability.
