This project involved the supply and installation of premium glazing systems for a major mixed-use development comprising 6 freestanding buildings. Situated just 400m from the Rouse Hill Town Centre, the development required a versatile and durable architectural solution to suit its high-traffic, central location.

Key Features:

• Systems Installed: A comprehensive Alspec suite featuring McArthur Evo single glazing and ecoFRAMEplus 101.6mm double glazing for enhanced thermal and structural performance.

• Functional Design: Integrated Proglide Sliding Doors and Swan Evo Hinge Doors to provide high-capacity access points for residents and commercial spaces.

• Natural Ventilation: Utilised Murray 50mm Awnings to allow for consistent airflow while maintaining a sleek, uniform building facade across all six structures.
