Westmead Lot 4

This large-scale project involved the supply and installation of a comprehensive glazing package for a major four-building residential development in Westmead. With structures ranging from 9 to 24 storeys, the focus was on delivering high-capacity systems that meet the rigorous structural and performance demands of high-rise living and extensive communal facilities.

Key Features:

• Systems Installed: A technical mix of McArthur Evo (single glazed) and ecoFRAMEplus (double glazed) framing to address varying structural requirements across the four towers.

• Thermal Performance: Utilised ThermaFrame 101.6mm thermally broken centre glazing to ensure high-level energy efficiency and climate control for the 360 apartments.

• Access & Utility: Integrated Proglide Sliding Doors and Swan Evo Hinge Doors for durable balcony and amenity access, alongside Murray 50mm Awnings for integrated ventilation.

• High-Rise Engineering: Systems were selected and installed to withstand the increased wind loads and performance needs of the 24-storey elevation.
