This Neutral Bay project is a spectacular 13-residence high-end luxury apartment development. The systems manufactured for this project include our Commercial 100 Series windows, commercial sliding doors, and commercial shopfront doors — all selected for their structural strength, slim sightlines, and premium finish suited to luxury residential construction.
Given the scale of the window openings, the entire project is being fabricated with Comfort Plus performance glass, engineered to reduce UV radiation by up to 99%. This ensures interiors are protected from harsh sunlight while still allowing generous natural light to flow through each residence.
