The Atlessa 888 is a premium residential apartment development located in Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Completed by TQM Design & Construct in 202. Crown Window’s aluminium systems were integral to both the aesthetic and functional design of this exciting development.
Scope of work:
100 Series Commercial Windows were installed throughout the residential apartments, providing natural light, ventilation, and a sleek, modern façade.
Commercial Sliding Doors were used in balcony and terrace areas, creating seamless indoor-outdoor transitions while maintaining security and thermal efficiency.
150 Series Commercial Shopfronts framed the retail tenancies, offering a strong, elegant presence at street level, while maximising visibility and durability for commercial use.
Commercial Awning Windows were incorporated in key areas to allow controlled ventilation without compromising weatherproofing, adding both practical function and visual appeal.
These products were chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and architectural versatility, perfectly matching the premium, modern design vision of The Atlessa 888.
