Kloud developed by GRAYA is a collection of 23 elevated residences. This project required a sophisticated window and door package that seamlessly integrates the buildings modern architictual design whilst meeting the high-performance demands of a beachfront location.

Material: Corrosion-resistant aluminium systems engineered for superior durability and structural integrity in harsh, elevated coastal conditions.
Efficiency: High-performance glazing specified for enhanced thermal efficiency and acoustic comfort, protecting interiors from wind and ocean exposure.
Design: Ultra-slim profiles and minimal sightlines chosen to maximise natural light, transparency, and the building’s sweeping coastal vistas.
