Developed by GRAYA, Kloud is a collection of 23 elevated residences requiring a sophisticated window and door package. The project demanded systems that seamlessly integrate with the building’s modern architectural design while meeting the rigorous high-performance requirements of a premium beachfront location.

Key Features:

• Systems Installed: Features Alspec Hunter EVO 150mm Fixed Glazing for expansive views and ProGlide Ultra Flat High Performance Sliding Doors equipped with heavy-duty mortice locks and stainless steel pull handles.

• Specialised Glazing: Utilised high-spec 10mm Neutral Low E double glazing with 11.52mm Heat Strengthened glass for thermal efficiency, plus translucent laminate frosted glass for privacy.

• Premium Finishes: Frames finished in Dulux Champagne Kinetic Matt and Nickel Pearl Matt to complement the coastal aesthetic and provide superior environmental resistance.

• Custom Hardware: Integrated Murray 50mm Awning Sashes featuring stainless steel chain winders, cam handles, and custom aluminium cladding/coverplates.
