This project involved the custom supply and installation of high-performance Alspec aluminium systems for a boutique collection of five full-floor luxury homes in New Farm, Brisbane. The focus was on delivering a sophisticated glazing solution that integrates seamlessly with the Art Deco-inspired architectural style while framing panoramic river and city views.

Key Features:

• Material: Alspec Hunter EVO and Swan EVO framing finished in Electro Medium Bronze Flat for a refined, high-end aesthetic and structural longevity.

• Design: Proglide Sliding Door Systems were utilized to create expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls, maximizing natural light and indoor-outdoor connectivity.

• Climate Control: Integrated Awning Window Systems allow for secure, weather-protected ventilation, specifically tailored for Brisbane’s subtropical climate.

• Acoustics & Efficiency: A strategic combination of Single and Double Glazed (SG & DG) Hunter EVO systems ensures superior acoustic comfort and thermal performance across all elevations.
