This project involved the custom manufacturing and installation of premium aluminium systems for a prestigious 10th-region development by Marquee on the Gold Coast delivered by Crown Windows QLD. The focus was on delivering high-performance, double-glazed solutions that integrate seamlessly with the understated coastal elegance and curved architectural style of this north-facing beachfront landmark.

Key Features:

• Material: Heavy-duty aluminium framing finished in Dulux Electro Pale Bronze Kinetic, specifically selected for its metallic aesthetic and superior durability in harsh, salt-spray coastal environments.

• Efficiency: Hunter EVO and Swan EVO Double Glazed (DG) systems were utilized to ensure maximum thermal insulation, acoustic comfort, and structural strength against high-wind seaside conditions.

• Design: ProGlide High-Performance Sliding Doors and Awning Window Systems were chosen to create expansive, uninterrupted ocean views and allow for controlled natural ventilation.
