Warranties

Crown Windows provides a desirable 6 year warranty on all manufacturing defects of aluminium windows and doors.

Hardware warranty is for 12 months, and may involve the hardware supplier completing fix instead of Crown.

Service

Services needed for your job can be booked through Crown Windows directly. We have a dedicated service team who are fast and efficient. Working between 6am to 3pm, we aim to be able to accommodate as much as we can to working around your busy schedules. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice on all service requests to give our team ample time to organise all works needed. However, if you have an emergency we will surely endeavour to help as quick as we can.

General services are always included in every quote. These are important to ensure all windows and doors are working as they should before handover. Please be aware that general services are carried out after the final builders clean before handover.

site glazing

Certain jobs will require site glazing; to install the glass into the frame after the frames are installed. In these cases, we will require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to allow for time for glass to arrive from our supplier and to organise enough people to complete the job.
